Amphenol Procom donates RF equipment to Northamptonshire Search & Rescue
Amphenol Procom UK have been proud to support Northamptonshire Search & Rescue, a charity-funded volunteer organisation who assist the local Police and Emergency Services in searches for missing and vulnerable people.
In the last year, we donated a new 7513160 3dBd Omni antenna, cable, and installation equipment for a local repeater site, to help extend their VHF radio coverage across the Northamptonshire area.
Amphenol also provided a new S.EFX-155-FS 0dBd omni antenna and cabling to install on 'Brenda' - their state-of-the-art ICU (Incident Control Unit) vehicle, a mobile command unit used to bring operational control to the heart of the incident.
NSAR Spokesperson Said "We are very grateful to Amphenol Procom for this support, we run very complex and technical equipment, and need it to be up and running 24/7 the support and help given has been invaluable in our Life saving activities. A huge big thank you."
